I've made the mistake of listening to false promises and results were horrible. My perception of the collection industry was tainted because of this. I was so frustrated with the over promise and under deliver mentality I was receiving from my collection agencies. MCA has changed all of that. We have been a client for a long time now, and couldn't begin to think of a reason to ever consider a change. I realize this is probably over-used, but they are the "Cadillac" of the collection industry as far as I'm concerned.
