September 2010 - IT Director Participates in Product Innovation Council

August 2010 - ACA International Interviews MCA’s Compliance Officer
Rachel Wagner, MCA’s Compliance Manager, was interviewed by ACA International for her expertise in virtual collections. MCA first launched Amanda, our virtual collector online, in March 2010. 3/15/2010 – Introduction of client newsletter and internal newsletter
MCA takes pride in providing our Clients with value-added services such as a Client Newsletter. The newsletter is sent on a monthly basis to keep our clients up-to-date on events happening in their industry. 3/1/2010 – Amanda Introduced
MCA introduced Amanda, our virtual collector, in March to begin taking online payments with consumers. Amanda is interactive, bi-lingual, and will allow the consumer the opportunity to do everything as if interacting with a live collector. In July of 2008 MCA began offering a presumptive charity scoring program to our not for profit
clientele. This program was not only designed to determine where the patient fell within the
Federal Poverty Guidelines, but also used a proprietary scoring module to determine the patient’s
propensity to pay as well. Our presumptive charity scoring model is objective vs. subjective, completely customizable, and
